Everyone and everything has a particular or specific vibrational frequency. You and I, animals and trees. In fact the entire universe is oscillating at its own rate of vibration. Have you ever pondered the fact that love and hate have their own frequencies. Music is no exception, it can influence the way we think and feel. Music can take us to higher levels of consciousness to experience love, joy, and inspiration, as well as lower levels of consciousness such as anger, sadness or even to commit acts of violence. Unfortunately humanity has become out of tune and disconnected from Mother Earth.
Living in the 21st century is fraught with a plethora of unprecedented challenges that are reshaping our lives and our world. Climate Change, pollution and new technologies like Artificial Intelligence will affect every living being on this planet. It is more important than ever to be in tune with Gaia. There are a variety of Holistic modalities to assist us in reconnecting to our planet. Being in nature, meditation, working with crystals and gardening are just a few ways to commune with Gaia. Another way to stay attuned to our planet is through music that incorporates harmonious frequencies that can be the catalyst for positive change in our lives.
My intention for the “Tuning into Gaia” album is to create high vibrational music that resonates with the soul and reawakens us from our slumber. Through music and sounds of nature I have utilized a variety of positive frequencies that can assist with grounding, relaxation , and establishing a reconnection with ourselves and our Earthly Mother.
If we want to live in an environment that is happy, healthy and in harmony with life then it is imperative that we reconnect with ourselves and with our planet.
Walk in reverence and be one with the Earthly Mother for she provides the food of life that feeds and nourishes us all.
